1. Visit your CrankWheel dashboard
2. Click the icon to the left of the address in the address bar
3. Click ‘Reset permissions’
4. Try screen sharing again

For users in IT-managed environments (Windows or macOS)

If you are in a locked-down environment managed by IT, it is possible that your IT team has disallowed screen capture by web applications. See the last section in this article in our support center for details that your IT team can use to investigate.
