How to Screen Share a Report Inside Insites

Please note that your admin must enable the CrankWheel Integration.

Step 1: Browse to the website report you want to share.

Step 2: Go to the CrankWheel icon in the top right corner and click Start Using CrankWheel.

Step 3: The CrankWheel interface will launch. If you haven’t installed the browser plugin, you will be prompted to install it.

Step 4: Select what you want to share: browser tab, program window or your full screen.

• If you are sharing a browser tab: Click the blinking CrankWheel icon inside the browser tab you want to share

Step 5: Insert a phone number or email address to send the link to.
