Fill out a Medicare SOA form while on a call

As of October 27th, 2024, you and your client will be able to fill in and e-sign a Medicare Scope of Appointment form, or SOA form, while in a CrankWheel session.

This is similar to the ACA marketplace forms that we launched last year. Please refer to the video on that page for how to use the feature, as most of the steps are the same, the main difference is that you select the SOA form instead of one of the ACA forms, and you fill in some information (date the appointment will be held and more) and do your e-signature before the form launches on your client’s phone for them to fill in the rest and e-sign.
